The Equities Team analyzes a wide range of public stocks throughout the US public markets. They utilize traditional valuation methods to find value stocks that the fund can invest in. The group is industry agnostic.
Team Leads
Narek Avetisyan
The Real Estate team is focused on developing an investment thesis towards different property types and real estate vehicles, including buildings, REIT stocks, distressed credit, and more. Newer members will have the chance to learn about the different advantages and risks associated with investing in real estate. Experienced members will build out cash flow models for potential properties to determine returns as well as conduct full market analyses.

Algorithmic Trading
The Algorithmic Trading team researches, designs, and implements trading strategies. Members learn to understand and develop functional algorithms and apply them to financial data in order to execute and manage trades.
Chad Yu
ESG
The ESG team is Cayuga Capital’s newest investment team and analyzes potential investments based on the respective company’s environmental and social governance achievements. The team’s analysts evaluate prospective investments after conducting in-depth research on their ESG achievements and objectives.
Trisha Beher
Healthcare
The Healthcare Team gives new members a month-long education series designed to develop working knowledge of the business of healthcare. The team’s analysts conduct research and evaluation of investment opportunities in the healthcare sector spanning healthcare services, biopharma, medical devices, insurance, and more. In addition, the team holds a book club, discusses current events relevant to the healthcare space, and hosts guest speakers who are experts in the field
Taking a Semester on Leave
